NOTE: I can also email a PDF of the Customer Order Form page to you so you can get your favorite printer to print these or any of the party paper work for you.  Just remember these need to have at least 2 if not 3 carbonless copies of each order so you have a copy and your customer gets one also and if needed, one to mail with a product after the party. Just let me know if that's something you'd be interested in. Nane @ 918-639-0881
